Stop Real ID Coalition

Every Human is Being Enrolled Into a Single Global System of Identification and Financial Control

My name is Mark Lerner. I am the Co-Founder of the Stop Real ID Coalition and the Constitutional Alliance. I am in many states each year working with private citizens, groups/organizations, ministries and state lawmakers. I assist in writing legislation and have testified before many committees, in many states regarding the use of biometrics and information sharing in general. I have appeared on TBN, TCC and Daystar discussing the issue of biometrics as it pertains to biblical prophecy. I am providing the following links to educate and motivate Believers. With the government controlling our ability, to buy, sell, travel and even work, how will we continue to preach the Gospel? No citizen, Christian or not will be able to be able to work, travel, buy or sell without the government's permission. We must be able to fulfill our responsibility to preach the Gospel without the permission of government (Acts 5:20-29). A solution is provided in this document to protect the church from a system described in scripture; a system God condemns (Revelation 13:15-18). We anxiously await the return of our Lord. We must protect our religious rights and freedom in order that we may honor our responsibility to serve the Lord.

Pastors and other leaders in the Church: Are you going to require your employees at your church to submit to global biometric enrollment; are you going to be complicit in enrolling Believers into a system that clearly God condemns? It will not be the government that will tell Christians who are employed by your church that they must sacrifice their religious beliefs; it will be the pastors and other leaders within each church. Many pastors have already said they will not comply with the legislation. They are not waiting for the legislation to be passed and enacted. These pastors are saying "No" now. Sitting on the sidelines is no longer an alternative.

Today, Kaye Beach's lawsuit was filed in Oklahoma to protect her religious freedom and her/our rights as citizens. The rights of non Christians are being affected as well as those of Christians. You will understand why Kaye and her attorneys are doing what they are once you have read this document.   The following was just released by the Rutherford Institute   http://www.rutherford.org/articles_db/press_release.asp?article_id=965 The rights of non Christians are being affected as well as those of Christians.  Kaye Beach's attorneys are each very well respected.  Jon Echols and Benjamin Sisney, as is the entire Echols and Associates law firm founded by David W, Echols and M. Eillen Echols, highly regarded by their peers and citizens alike in Oklahoma.  Their qualifications, the thirty two years of service as a law firm in Oklahoma, leave no doubt that they are the right attorneys in Oklahoma to represent Kaye Beach in such an important matter.  Working alongside Kaye Beach's Oklahoma attorneys will be Mr. John Whitehead and the Institute he is the Founder and President of, the Rutherford Institute.  The Rutherford Institute has a twenty nine year distinguished reputation as advocates for religious freedom and ensuring the Constitution is where all discussions must start.  The accolades from across the country that have come the way of the Rutherford Institute were not given but rather earned.

1) All people are being enrolled into a global system of identification that directly links our body to our ability to buy, sell, or travel and if Congress has its way to work: http://www.scribd.com/doc/65243731/Your-Body-is-Your-Id

2) The Photo Identification Security Act requires all citizens to provide their biometric information before they can do business with financial institutions: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h112-102

3) E-Verify, federally mandated, will incorporate biometric enrollment. We will need our government's permission to work. Church's will not be exempt. Pastors will be mandated to enroll their employees: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=h112-2885

4) The following is part of the Real ID Act 2005: "17. The relevant ICAO standard is ICAO 9303 Part 1 Vol 2, specifically ISO/IEC 19794-5 - Information technology - Biometric data interchange formats - Part 5: Face image data, which is incorporated into ICAO 9303.."

Under the provisions of the Real ID Act every state driver's license enrolls Christians into this global identity scheme. Even the states that are not participating in Real ID are unknowingly participating with this aspect of Real ID. Your high resolution, digital image/photograph is enrolling you into this system. The ICAO is the International Civil Aviation Organization, an agency of the United Nations.

5) Last year L-1 Identity Solutions entered into an agreement with the World Bank to enroll all countries, developed and underdeveloped into this global system of identification. L-1 produces nearly every driver's license in the U.S. and is the largest biometric provider in our country: http://ir.l1id.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=462879

6) This year L-1 was sold to Safran, a French company owned 30% by the French government who has an admitted forty year partnership with Red China. Check with your DMV because L-1 has access to many state databases, thus your personal information: http://ir.l1id.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=462879

7) Julian Ashbourn, Chairman of the International Biometrics Agency, believes we need a "Global Agency with Global Powers": What say you? http://www.zdnet.co.uk/news/emerging-tech/2005/10/21/experts-call-for-global-biometrics-agency-39232717/

8) Does the technology exist to move from the enrollment process to receiving the "Mark of the Beast"? The organization I represent has been addressing the answer to this question for 5 years. The simple answer is "Yes". SOMARK has been using visible and invisible RFID tattoos for years. The human application (specifically uses by the military) of this technology was discussed openly by the company when the company first announced details about the technology; since that time the company has backed off of openly discussing human applications and limits discussion to only uses for animals. http://www.somarkinnovations.com/

9) As many if not all citizens know, databases are being continually compromised. The same is true of identification documents. The time is coming quickly when the identification process will be moved from the identification document to the individual. One of the most serious breaches that involved a company that protects government and defense contractor's databases occurred just this year, months ago. http://articles.boston.com/2011-06-08/business/29634793_1_rsa-data-breach-tokens

10) It is important that many proposals are considered to face the challenges we face whether we are speaking about terrorism, identity theft or illegal immigration. I spent an hour with a counsel for a sub-committee that oversees immigration in the U.S. House of Representatives. When I was done with my presentation the counsel informed me she would not move forward the solution I presented because it was not one being considered by Democrats or Republicans. When I approached an administrator for a federal government program with the same solution, I was told the solution I proposed, which by the way took a year plus to develop working with IT companies, was "Something we had not thought of.". I am not suggesting the proposal I suggested is the only possible solution but I would ask those that are concerned with the overreaching of our government consider the proposal. The proposal save tens of billions of dollars but more importantly leaves the power/control in the hands of citizens and states. The solution will protect the religious freedom and rights of Christians and non Christians. We have the best Constitution of any country in the world; why are we so quick to discard our Constitution? The following link provides the proposed solution: http://www.scribd.com/doc/65467746/State-to-State-Solution-23111-2-Shor

(If you have a problem viewing the solution please use Internet Explorer or Firefox)

I cordially invite and encourage each Christian to visit our web-site and read a very short but detailed document titled "Religious Objections to Biometrics" contained in a section on the homepage of our web-site "What Christians Need to Know". Once on our web-site please also read the lead article titled "All Citizens Can Take Partial Ownership in Ensuring Our Rights Are Protected". Kaye Beach, a Christian, a mother, a wife and selfless citizen is filing suit to protect not just her rights but the rights of all Christians and non-Christians. http://www.constitutionalalliance.org/

It is time for all citizens to contact their state lawmakers and those in Washington D.C. and say "No" to forced/mandated biometric enrollment. Say "No" to E-Verify and the Real ID Act 2005. We ask that you support the Constitutional Alliance and contribute what you are able. There are several ways to do so once you are on our web-site. The Constitutional Alliance is educating many people in many states. The Stop Real ID Coalition, the sister organization of the Constitutional Alliance is working with many citizens and groups in many states in order that what Kaye Beach is doing can be done in each state. Do you believe the government should control the people or that the people should control government?

All Glory belongs to God, Almighty

Blessings,

Mark Lerner

All citizens can take ownership in ensuring our rights are protected

I receive calls and emails each day from a great number of people frustrated over a wide variety of issues ranging from personal property rights to biometrics and everything in between including but not limited to red light cameras, 9/11, smart grids, our nation’s debt and healthcare exchanges. Many citizens are receiving the same or similar communications that I do.  It should not come as news to anyone that the public’s confidence in government to do its job is at a historical low.  Additionally, only about one in four people believe their elected leaders tell the truth.  You may ask: Why, if there is a lack of confidence in government along with distrust, are more citizens not engaged?  This article will provide a way to open the door to engage all citizens.

Rep. Key Comments on Kay Beach Case

Kay Beach, mother, wife, patriot and Christian, is doing what the Oklahoma Legislature failed to do

OKLAHOMA CITY – State Rep. Charles Key issued the following statement today and was joined by other legislators:

“Why is a traffic court case of importance to all Oklahomans? Kaye Beach is challenging the lawfulness of the collection of her biometrics and other personal information as a requirement to acquire a state driver’s license. Biometrics is defined as measurements of the body. Examples of biometrics include fingerprints, iris scans, facial recognition and DNA.

“Kaye attempted to renew her driver’s license but was denied. She was later cited for driving with an expired driver’s license. She again attempted to renew her license but was denied. On July 21, 2011, Kaye’s citation was dismissed after her attorneys, Ben Sisney and Jon Echols of the law firm Echols and Associates, presented her case to the Norman City Attorney’s office. Sisney and Echols expressed appreciation for the time and consideration provided by the Assistant City Attorney.

“The dismissal of Kaye’s criminal charge is not the end of the story. Rather, this is the beginning of what is expected to be a robust legal journey through the Oklahoma court system. Kaye plans to file a civil suit which could potentially ensure that not just Kaye’s rights, but the rights of all Oklahomans, are protected.

Today was a good day for freedom: Kaye Beach’s legal journey moves forward

21 July 2011 Kaye Beach and her attorneys, Benjamin Sisney and John Echols of the law firm Echols and Associates prevailed in traffic court.

Kaye was ticketed for driving with an expired driver’s license.  Today, 21 July was Kaye’s arraignment.  Benjamin Sisney and John Echols presented Kaye’s “case” to the city attorney who subsequently decided to dismiss the charge.  The city attorney was very considerate and should be applauded for the time and consideration given to Kaye and her attorneys.
